Dr. Mehdi Bakhshaei was born in Birjand in 1972 and completed his primary education until obtaining an experimental diploma in 1990 with the first rank in the city. He graduated from Mashhad University of Medical Sciences in 1997 with a doctorate in general medicine, and after undergoing specialized studies in the field of ear, nose and throat – head and neck surgery, he graduated from Mashhad University of Medical Sciences in 2003. In 2008, Dr. Bakhshaei successfully completed the first subspecialty course of rhinology fellowship (endoscopy nose, sinus and skull base surgery – nose aesthetics) held in Tehran University.
