2Once your visa is approved, we’ll shoot you an email with an authorization code. Take this code to the Iranian embassy in your home country to get the actual visa stamped in your passport.
OBSERVE THIS:
Now, here’s an important note- when you arrive at the airport in Iran, they will NOT stamp your passport. The visa will be on a separate piece of paper. This is good news if you plan to travel to the US or anywhere else later that’s touchy about Iranian stamps.

Allow plenty of time for your medical visa to be processed to avoid delaying treatment. Make copies of all documents in case the originals are lost.
